Aspen’s oldest and only full-scale bakery
We bake it all: artisan breads, croissants, bagels, muffins, cookies, pies and everything in-between. Our shop at the Aspen Airport Business Center is a local destination for early AM coffee, breakfast burritos and croissants.
We use only 100% organic wheat flours, local farm fresh eggs, produce and pasture-raised beef. Our artisan breads and boiled bagels are slow-rise sourdough made by hand.
